New Construction
The “CitiLine” will be a highly-flexible and multifunctional office and commercial building at a central location in the Äußeren Bayreuther Street. The heterogeneous environment requires a self-confident solitary building, which can hold its own in a mixture of buildings from seven different decades. The fair-faced concrete façade will receive a membranous skin of large-format screen-printed glass panels, which form a structural casing for an interior with widely-diverging space allocation and usage.
