Monument Renovation
In close vicinity to the State Museum for Art and Design in Nuremberg, the upper floors of the heritage protected property have been fully refurbished. The building, located right at Klarissenplatz, obtains apartments and modern office space. This includes a new, handicapped accessible elevator as well as a roof terrace with views over Nuremberg’s historic centre.
The penthouse has received a studio skylight. The floor plan is designed to allow daylight to enter from multiple directions.
