Business Park / New Construction
On the almost 7ha site of the former Ruetgers timber plant in Hanau, INBRIGHT Development GmbH has developed a Light Industrial Business Park with three halls and an area of about 30,000m².
All structures were designed to ensure a high degree of flexibility for a wide variety of user requirements.
The outer shell is reduced to a few materials, the design language picks up Bright Industrial Investment’s corporate identity and follows the logic of use and function.
All hall structures are planned and realised under the aspect of sustainability and certified with the DGNB – Quality Seal Gold.
